1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services ("Services") provided by Evolvve Coaching (referred to as "evolvve," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Coaching Services
2.1. Nature of Coaching: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or professional medical advice. The client understands that coaching is designed to help the client identify goals, create action plans, and motivate the client to achieve them.
2.2. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, and actions resulting from the coaching sessions.
2.3. Guarantees: We cannot guarantee any specific outcome or result. The client’s success depends primarily on their own effort, commitment, and follow-through.
3. Financial and Payment Terms
3.1. Pricing: All pricing is as listed on our website or confirmed in a written agreement.
3.2. Payment: Payment for all sessions or packages must be made in full before the first session, or according to an agreed-upon payment plan.
3.3. Package Expiration: All coaching packages (e.g., the 6-Session Evolvve Acceleration) must be completed within six months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing due to exceptional circumstances. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited and non-refundable.
4. Termination of Contract
4.1. Termination by Client: The client may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. However, due to the nature of service delivery, all payments are subject to the Refund Policy.
4.2. Termination by Evolvve: We reserve the right to terminate the relationship if the client engages in disrespectful or harmful behavior, fails to adhere to scheduled payments, or if we determine the relationship is no longer beneficial or appropriate. In such cases, the Refund Policy applies.
