Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our coaching Services and the proprietary materials provided immediately upon purchase:

All sales of coaching packages and single sessions are final.

We do not offer refunds for any completed, partially completed, or unused sessions or packages.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

2.1. Required Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' written notice (email is acceptable) if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session.

2.2. Penalty for Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend a session (No-Show), you forfeit that session and are still liable for the full £60 session fee. This session cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

2.3. Coach Cancellation: If we must cancel a session for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no extra cost.
